We collect your name, mobile number, email, delivery address and PIN code so that we can process and deliver your order. We collect only what is needed to serve you.
No OTP or Password
We do not use OTP or password logins. Your contact and delivery details are saved on your own device and are sent to us only when you confirm a request.
Order Information
Your order history, medicines, diagnostic tests and consultation requests are stored so our pharmacists and care team can serve you and comply with pharmacy record-keeping rules.
Medical Information
Prescriptions, reports, health conditions and symptoms you share are treated as sensitive personal data. Access is restricted to authorised pharmacists, doctors and care coordinators.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner.
Payment Information
We currently collect payment on delivery. When online payments are introduced, card and UPI details are handled by the payment gateway and never stored on our servers.
Data Security
Data is encrypted in transit, stored in access-controlled databases with row-level security, and prescription files are kept in a private storage bucket.
Third Party Services
We share the minimum necessary information with delivery partners, diagnostic labs and consulting doctors to fulfil your order. We never sell your data.
User Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to quickpharma6@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
