Cancelling an order

You can cancel any order before it is dispatched by calling or messaging us on 7337229998 with your order number.

Home sample collection can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the appointment slot at no cost.

Once dispatched, an order can be refused at the doorstep. Repeated refusals may restrict cash-on-delivery on the account.
